Please allow 1 hour for each makeup application on the day, and 15 minutes to set up. When deciding on an arrival time make sure you take into account the time your photographer is arriving and if you want to get any photos of the makeup being done. I usually like todo the brides makeup second last – that way her makeup is the freshest and she still has time for any last minute touchups. Any of the make-ups done first, will always get a touch-up at the end. For 6 or more make-ups I suggest bringing another artist with me. On the day its also great to have a timing plan with the hair and makeup so everything runs smoothly – I can also work this out with the hairdresser on the day.

I work from home studio in South Perth for all makeup trials. Allow 1.5 hours for the trial, on the day bring any pictures of makeup you like – if you don’t have an idea we can discuss your look on the day. Also bring any pictures of your dress, bridesmaids dresses, flowers ect. so we have an idea of colours. It’s also a great idea to wear the same colour as your wedding dress to the trial. If you are getting a spray tan also get a tan, as it will help us get an idea of the overall look

Before the day please ensure any facial waxing is done more then 48 hours prior to avoid the make-up not sitting on the skin properly. You will need a lipstick colour to take on the day for touch-ups for the bride and the bridesmaids as well as a pressed powder for touch-ups – not loose as it can spill onto dresses . Feel free to ask me recommendations or we will write down the colour at your trial. The makeup will last all night but lipstick is a good idea to reapply after eating

The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the wedding or transferred a week prior.
